Tokiso has a panel of 250 professionals based throughout Southern Africa. Tokiso from time to time appoints additional panellists. New appointments are informed by: (1) needs of our clients; (2) specific expertise required for certain projects; and (3) promoting representivity.

The minimum requirements for our panel include:
1. Can independently conduct processes;
2. Completed recognised training as a mediator, arbitrator and/or other similar ADR qualification;
3. Over five years’ experience in conducting processes; and
4. Impeccable reputation.
